Kylie Taylor- Studio Owner & Artistic Director
Kylie has over 10 years of teaching and choreography experience in the Ohio and Western New York area. Kylie grew up in Buffalo, NY dancing at Dance Spectrum where she competed on the National Company Team and competed Nationally and Regionally at New York City Dance Alliance, Onstage NY, Starquest, and Jump. Kylie has worked with choreog
Kylie has over 10 years of teaching and choreography experience in the Ohio and Western New York area. Kylie grew up in Buffalo, NY dancing at Dance Spectrum where she competed on the National Company Team and competed Nationally and Regionally at New York City Dance Alliance, Onstage NY, Starquest, and Jump. Kylie has worked with choreographers like Suzi Taylor, Dana Wilson, and Jon Lehrer. She has been booking jobs as a dancer and model since childhood and strives to teach professionalism and that the opportunities are out there! Kylie moved to Ohio in 2016 to dance as a "Charge Girl" for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Since dancing professionally she has been a teacher and choreographer of all styles! She has been recognized twice for Outstanding Choreography Award, Top Technique for a soloist, and multiple judges picks and special awards. Kylie is so excited to open the doors to Revel and create confident dancers!

Meet the Faculty
Cait Bouwman
Caitlin Bouwman trained and performed in Las Vegas, NV for 18 years before moving to Cleveland, OH to continue her dance education. While in Las Vegas Caitlin trained with AJ Ocampo (Larkin Dance), Kimberly Leheny, Patti LeBelle, Lauren Froderman (So You Think You Can Dance), and Twitch. While Caitlin was competing and earning national titles, she danced in countless charity gallas each year. Those including, community events, Disneyland, Caesars Palace, The Flamingo, and Toys for Tots. Caitlin's favorite event she has participated in was a commercial for the Lied Children's Museum, where she got to dance and sing, Caitlin has also filmed for a few episodes of Dance Moms. Cait is now on her journey to pursuing a business degree! Along her journey, she spent some time at Cleveland State University where she studied through the CSU Dance Company, and was a member of the CSU Dance Team. Cait has several teaching experiences and finds spreading the joys of dance to students enlightening. Cait has been with Revel since the beginning starting as a sub, and has grown into a teacher. It's been an honor for her to see these dancers grow!
Kallee Turk
Kallee has been dancing since she was 4 years old and trained at a few studios at the recreation level until she found her home at Elite Dance Academy. She was then invited onto their company team and has competed at several competitions, and was awarded scholarships from Velocity and Intrigue. She didn't want to let go of dance just yet, so she joined the Cleveland State Dance Team, where she's pursuing her studies for Promotional Communications and Graphic Design, receiving her degree in December 2024. As a member of the dance team, she took on the role as their social media manager and had choreographed several dances for them to perform during basketball games in jazz, hip-hop, and pom. Kallee has always loved being creative whether that be dancing, photography, graphic design, or writing. She's immersed herself in the digital creation world for around 7+ years. Kallee is excited to combine her two passions together as our marketing manager!
Erin Brod
Erin Brod, a talented dancer and choreographer from Cleveland, Ohio, began her dance journey at just three years old and started competing by the age of five. Throughout her competition years she earned several high awards including in 2019 where she achieved “Elite Dancer” from Excel in Motion where she got the opportunity to assist and take classes from Alex Wong, Casie ‘Tynee’ Goshow, Cyrus, Ellenore Scott and Lauren Froderman at their dance convention and perform in the Exhibition Show. In December 2023 she graduated with Summa Cum Laude from Slippery Rock University and received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance with a concentration in Performance and Choreography and a minor in Wellness. Within her twenty years of dancing she has trained in contemporary, ballet, hip hop, modern, jazz, acrobatics, and tap. While in college and since being home she has worked with Abraham in Motion, Cameron McKinney, Cleveland Dance Project, Erin Kouwe, Teena Custer, Divinity Dance Company, Inlet Dance Theatre, Jennifer Keller, Jessie Ann James, Lindsay Viatori, Staycee Pearl, The Movement Project, and Ursula Payne. Over the past six years, she has also made a name for herself as a choreographer, with her latest work, "In Women We Trust," being showcased at the Cleveland Dance Fest in 2023. Erin is currently working for the Cleveland Guardians as a part of their entertainment team, the Cleveland Strikers, where she continues to contribute to the vibrant world of performance.
