Parent Toddler Class is perfect for children 12 months-3 years old. The class will focus on socialization, movement, sensory and motor skills. This class requires a parent or guardian to accompany them.
Tiny Tot Ballerinas and Tiny Tumblers is for a brand new dancer, perfect for 3 year olds looking to learn a class structure, ballet or acro basics, while integrating games, social interactions, and choreography for the end of the year recital!
Rising Star Ballet, Tap, Acro is the introductory class for dancers in their first or second year of dance! This class is great for dancers ages 4 & 5 years old. Time will be spent equally on all 3 styles to open the door to which direction the dancer will want to go in the upcoming years. This class will integrate a story time, games, and choreography for an end of the year recital!
Shooting Star is ideal for dancers ages 5-8 years old. These classes will lay the foundation of all dance skills while preparing them to choose their path of competitive dance or recreational dance!
Star Power is for the dancer who has had 3-5 years of dance experience, ages 7-11. Star Power provides a strong technical foundation while focusing on recital and performance opportunities. This program is the foundation for the Competitive Company Program.
A program for older dance students that provides a strong technical foundation and Master Class opportunities. This program focuses on injury prevention and learning body positivity and self-confidence.
There is an incredible importance for technical foundation and skills that dance can create for boys! We welcome boys to our program, and not just for hip hop!
This 6-week program is aimed for all adults 18+ who have a few years of dance experience. The 50/50 class split offers ample time for fitness and stretching with a transition into dancing. Each class will include a new dance combo to change things up week to week. Workouts will include methods of HIT, Pilates and other stationary, equipment-free exercises.
Program packages are available for purchase on our portal as well as drop-in rates for singular classes.
Join us Tuesday's from 7-8 p.m. for a split fitness and dance class. Hone in on a 30 minute workout and stretch, working various parts of the body through HIT, Pilates, and ab workouts. Then switch to a 30 minute combination class in the styles of ballet and contemporary.
Join us Wednesday's from 7:45-8:45 p.m. for a split fitness and dance class. Hone in on a 30 minute workout and stretch, working various parts of the body through HIT, Pilates, and ab workouts. Then switch to a 30 minute combination class in the style of jazz fusion, a combination of jazz and hip hop.
